My Personal Statement

My aim is to secure a position within the Creative Industries as a songwriter/performer. Post my college education completion, I want to perform as a solo artist and secure gigs and shows that will initially showcase my musical work and compositions. My strengths are many and varied. I enjoy creative collaboration and work well in a team, I have co-written lyrics within my band at college utilising the piano and my primary instrument. I also self taught myself to play guitar. I am an honest and trustworthy character who is reliable and understands the importance of time management. I welcome the opportunity to engage with and learn new skills through new scenarios. I look forward to any opportunity that may be able to offer to further my experience.
